Paulo Cesar begins new effort

Paulo Cesar will begin a new evangelistic group in his home beginning Jan. 23. He will use the material “Let the Bible Speak.” He recently built a dining area with a barbecue grill and pizza oven at the back of his house. It can hold a good-sized group. Please pray the group will reach souls.
Vicki and I will provide moral and spiritual support. He lives on the city's east side, where a new congregation is needed.
Paulo took the photo below in my car this afternoon as I gave him a ride.
¶ Pedro and I met downtown this afternoon for three hours to work on details of the annual event, the Festival of the Family of God. It will be held near here on Apr. 3-5. This will be its fifth year. We also talked about the new Northside work and our personal lives.

- Our son Joel was able to recover our domain name for Forthright Press. He's working on getting our books back online.
- Thanks to the Broadview and Goshen congregations for recent contributions sent.
- Our area has had much rain in recent days, with a lot of lightning and flooding. The worst we've had is leakage in the side porch where our washer and storage are.
- Speaking of flooding, the Northside congregation sent money today to Moçambique to help brethren suffering from floodwaters.
- Each year I declare a theme for myself. This year will be the Year of Growth. Last Sunday's topic was “Growth in Hope.” I'm carrying this theme through on the radio program, also.
